Advance and Final Payment: To confirm your booking, 50% of the total payment must be made in advance. This helps us secure your reservation and prepare for your journey. The remaining 50% payment is to be made at the time of pickup, before the start of your trip. This ensures a hassle-free beginning to your Chaar Dhaam Yatra or any other tour with us.
Non-Refundable Advance Payment: In the event of a cancellation on the final day or after the booking is confirmed, the advance payment (50% of the total amount) will be non-refundable. This policy is in place as we allocate resources and make arrangements in advance to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. We recommend informing us of any changes or cancellations as early as possible to avoid inconvenience.
Extra Charges for Extended Stays: If your trip extends beyond the originally planned duration due to personal preferences or unforeseen circumstances, additional charges will apply. These charges will be calculated based on the extra days or hours of service provided, including vehicle usage, driver allowances, and any other applicable fees. We will inform you of these charges in advance and ensure complete transparency in billing.

Day 1: Haridwar to Guptkashi/Sitapur (Approx. 200 km | 7-8 hours)

6:00 AM: Pickup from your hotel or designated location in Haridwar. Meet your driver and begin your journey to Guptkashi/Sitapur, the base for your Kedarnath Yatra.

Enroute Highlights: Enjoy scenic views of the Ganga River, lush green valleys, and charming villages. Stop at Devprayag, the confluence of the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers, and take in the spiritual ambiance.

Lunch Break: Halt at a local restaurant in Srinagar or Rudraprayag for a delicious meal.

Evening Arrival: Reach Guptkashi/Sitapur by late afternoon. Check into your pre-booked hotel or guesthouse.

Dinner & Rest: Enjoy a warm dinner and rest for the night, preparing for the next day’s trek to Kedarnath.
Day 2: Guptkashi/Sitapur to Kedarnath and Back to Guptkashi/Sitapur

4:00 AM: Early morning wake-up call. After a quick breakfast, drive to Gaurikund (approx. 30 km | 1.5 hours), the starting point of the Kedarnath trek.

Trek to Kedarnath: Begin your trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath (16 km | 6-8 hours). Alternatively, you can opt for a helicopter service or hire a pony/palki (palanquin) for the journey.

Kedarnath Darshan: Upon arrival, visit the sacred Kedarnath Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. Spend time in prayer and soak in the divine atmosphere.

Lunch: Enjoy packed lunch or meals available at local eateries near the temple.

Return to Gaurikund: After darshan, trek back to Gaurikund.
